The right is based on a belief in the "superiority" of one group over another. this means that they hold strong ingroup / outgroup beliefs and unless people continually reinfoirce their ingroup status, it's all too easy to be identified as a member of the outgroup. This explains why the usual pattern of disagreement in (say) the BNP is for someone to disagree and shortly after be labelled as MI5 / UAF / whatever. The MI5 bit suits their inflated sense of their own importance (cos MI5 Do spend most of their time in the back rooms of pubs whingeing about immigrants and mussies, honestly!)and the rest is just shifting the devianty from one group to another. It's a product of a (no pun intyended0 black and whitye world view where your for or against them.

The good news is that until they develop an inclusive ideology this will always happen, and when they do develop an inclusive ideology, it'll inevitably be more left wing as you can't be an inclusive racist...!Wolfienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3547542464688328490.post-12421112030987557072011-11-03T06:30:33.020+00:002011-11-03T06:30:33.020+00:00The fundamental criteria that keeps the fascist ri...The fundamental criteria that keeps the fascist right ticking is disunity. They preach it, hey they don't know if they're Brits English or White Aryan! So they will always be lame ducks imho. When the BNP were starting the implosion process and the EDL burst onto the fash scene in Luton I knew that they (EDL) would, given time go the same way as their suited racist pals under Griffin because they are most definitely not in 'League' in the same way as us on the Left. The alcohol and penchant for violent hooliganism gives a false sense of unity, when the lager wears off the falling out begins, as we saw in Brum last weekend and elsewhere.

Even the 'respectable racists' of UKIP cannot unite behind a single leader, again unity is something averse to the rotten right.B31 Antifascistnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3547542464688328490.post-17690424514628700542011-11-03T02:03:02.399+00:002011-11-03T02:03:02.399+00:00The decline of the EDL and the BNP is no cause for...The decline of the EDL and the BNP is no cause for celebration from an anti-fascist viewpoint.

Once they collapse they will inevitably reform and unite under new more coherent leadership, probably with financial backing.

At the minute they are lame ducks...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3547542464688328490.post-62820754771748441912011-11-02T17:23:04.371+00:002011-11-02T17:23:04.371+00:00" As with all fascist grupuscules too many pe..."
