Despite much hype and a good deal of help from BNP activists from surrounding areas, Steve Fyfe (known as 'sidneysausage' to the Guns 'n Ammo
cognoscenti), the party's Grimsby organiser, managed to come a stunning fourth in the Yarborough Ward by-election yesterday - coincidentally his fourth attempt to win a seat on North East Lincolnshire Council. The full result is below:
Yarborough Ward by-election (North East Lincs Council)
Thursday March 26thPeter Kenneth Bailey: Liberal Democrat 763 (35.8%)
Kath Norton: Conservative 513 (24.1%)
Michael Stephen Taylor: Labour 437 (20.5%)
Steve Fyfe: British National Party 370 (17.4%)Martin Joseph Grant: The Generalist Party 49 (2.3%)
Mr Sausage Fyfe managed to get an unhealthy 17.4%, which suggests that local anti-fascists need to step up their anti-BNP activity between now and the Euro elections on June 4th, as do we all. You can read considerably more about Fyfe
here.
Oh shot himself in the foot then!!!
ReplyDeletetulip
The Grimsby Telegraph has Steve Fyfe saying "I'll be back." Shit, he's metamorphed (sp) from Rambo into Arnie.
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Mr Sausage

ReplyDeleteWe do, it's true. The BNP is getting much too much publicity and we need to counter that with action. Of course it might help if the main parties got off their lazy arses and did some work in their communities rather than just appearing at election time.

ReplyDeleteIf I could print in letters a foot high, I would. I AGREE WITH THAT!!!
Perhaps poor "Sidney" can console himself by getting Paedo Boy to munch on his sausage, until his ammo explodes, lol.
ReplyDeleteWhat an arrogant moron Rambo Fyfe is. Thank God he didn't win.
ReplyDeleteThankfully he didnt win but 17% in a ward not heavily worked by the BNP IS worrying.
ReplyDeleteIs this an area where the BNP may get an MEP.
If so theres work to be done to stop them
