A leading candidate for the British National Party in the forthcoming European elections has been charged with failing to provide a specimen and using a vehicle with no insurance or MoT test certificate, Scotland Yard said.
Robert Bailey, 43, of Romford, east London, has been bailed to appear before Havering magistrates on Friday after being charged with failing to provide a specimen and using a vehicle with no insurance and no test certificate, Scotland Yard said.
A spokeswoman said Bailey, who is leader of the BNP group on Barking and Dagenham Council and is top of the BNP list for London in the Euro elections, was stopped by police at 11.20pm last Thursday in London Road, Romford. A spokesman for the BNP indicated that Bailey would plead not guilty to both charges.

Most up to date news Ive heard on this is....and I am unable to confirm it so at the moment I suppose I should put it is an Allegation.
ReplyDeleteThe area which Little Bob was stopped in is a well known Red Light District in Havering, and it seems his clothes were all over the place and his zipper was undone.
As I said this is an unconfirmed report.

I too heard that Bob liked to "press the flesh" when he was lagered up.
ReplyDeleteAlso, contrary to what the Daily Mail says, a pissed-up Dicky reckons Bob should stand down!
Well assuming the allegation is correct it would seem he's been given the er hmm 'Gentlemans' way out?
ReplyDeleteD&D plus the insurance MOT bit rather than the more embrassing charges.
Either way, one would hope a little time away is on the horizon - another on on the list....
But apparently he's going to plead not guilty which could mean even more bad publicity for him and the BNP :-)
I woner how Bumbrook feels at the moment?
Word is that Bob was "looking" for someone a bit special and he was prepared to pay for it.
ReplyDeleteDirty old bugger.
"Word is that Bob was "looking" for someone a bit special and he was prepared to pay for it.
ReplyDeleteWe're all looking for someone special - and we all pay. One way or another.
Be a bit more specific, what you have written isnt plain
On past performance what are the odds on Bob the Nonce was looking for a child performer ?

"Can we screw it ?.
Yes we can !"
No doubt Ayatollah Barnes won't mind if somebody gives him a kicking because he appears to be a drunk driver.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, how stupid do you have to be not to give a specimen?. There is nothing more in this world that is going to annoy a copper and make sure you get hammered by the courts than that.
I do wonder, never having been in the position myself, when the police ask for a specimen are they quite clear what they are asking for.
ReplyDeleteAs by all accounts, Little Bob may just have had his fun and was all out of a certain kinda specimen.
