I see the photos have come from former train driver and BNP member Jay Lee, kicked out of ASLEF for associations with fascism.

  3. 'police infomer scum!'

That's not a nice thing to say about Tommy - though true, from what we hear.

  4. Wasn't Jay Lee associated with the BNP? If so, that's yet another link between them and the EDL.

  5. 'Wasn't Jay Lee associated with the BNP?'

Yep. Got booted out of ASLEF, was represented by Bonkers Barnes and Adrian Davies, lost and lost the appeal. Left the BNP last year.

    God bless Wikipedia. :-)

  9. Antifascist - I thought Barnes wasn't licensed to practice law?

About three seconds. A born News of the World hack if ever I saw one.

You don't have to be licensed to represent anyone, as long as it's made clear that you're not pretending to be a qualified solicitor/barrister. Many people I know (including me) represented others in the numerous Poll Tax cases years ago, and a friend and myself represented a squatter's group against eviction a couple of times.

  11. I believe you can have a 'Macenzies friend' defend/represent you in Court?

  12. Bye bye Tommy!

As if he'll get done for breaching bail conditions. Then again, if he doesn't and knowing the EDL members knowledge of the law, some very searching questions might be asked about Tommy's apparent immunity.
