Yesterday, Nick “First With The News” Griffin Tweeted the following disturbing story and posted it to his Facebook page:
''Shocking news from the streets of Liverpool: A Huyton senior school went to Oldham yesterday for a footy match and won 5-3. At the end 70 Muslims were waitin for them and battered the lads. One was attacked by 15 and is in a bad way. The Muslims were all in their 20s the Huyton lads were 13 to 15.''
The reaction from his Online Faithful was swift.
“Holly Anne” speaks for many: “Disgraceful and cowardly behaviour but not uncommon. I wonder if they will be charged with racially motivated violence, I won't hold my breathe on that one.”
Over on the British Democracy Forum the outrage was palpable: “Another Pak attack on our young...What next is this School going do, send their girls hockey team to all be drugged up by them, then raped and then put out to prostitution?”, said “Franken”, while “Tarka” painted an even more apocalyptic vision; “In 50 years time when due to the high birth rate of immigrants and our low one, the last of us will be murdered by them.”
My God. It's finally happening. They were right all along. There's probably a bit about it in the Book of Revelations if you care to look.
In my frenzy of apprehension I turned to the only news source to be trusted in times like this: The Mail Online.
Normally, of course, that fine Journal of Record would splash such a story across the front page. Maybe they'd even have an enormous picture (if anyone involved in the melee had cellulite).
But there was nothing.
Nothing in the Liverpool Echo, either.
Even among Griffin's Faithful, questions were being asked: “Is there a link to this story as I would like to share it.” said one.
But there wasn't a link.
Because it never happened.
I heard a story, as a kid, that many of you will have heard variations on:
A woman is out walking her small dog and it begins to rain heavily. Wet through, she seeks shelter in an Indian takeaway (as you would). None of the Staff speak English (which you'd imagine would be a bit of a handicap in the fast food business), but she uses gestures to ask that they allow her dog to dry out next to the oven. The helpful staff (blithely disregarding all hygiene regulations) take the dog through to the kitchen. A few minutes later, they return the pet to its Owner... As a Curry!!” (Cue shock, horror, outrage and the sworn pledge that “It really happened”...)
A few years ago, a Folklorist at Nottingham University attempted to trace the origins of this nasty little myth. She found variations on it the world over – involving Asians, Chinese, Africans, Irish, etc, etc : Always told as a cautionary tale of the subhuman beastliness of “Others”.
(The earliest version she came across, out of interest, was from 15th Century Prague, involving a noblewoman, a Jewish bakery and her baby.)
Indulge me for a moment while I stick my neck out.
Maybe - just maybe - Griffin lied. Maybe he posted an entirely ficticious story knowing full well that it would stir things up among the Members.
Or maybe he hadn't lied, but made an honest mistake. If that were the case, we could reasonably expect him to immediately remove the Post and publish a profuse and extensive apology in its place.
Any half-way decent man would.

Andy M, have you tried looking for a link on the website of the 'Daily Star'???
Well done Andy another great article - over on BDF they seem with comparatively little reservation believed the whole of Gri££o's twittter!
Utter bollocks probably just like the "Africans for Dagenham" lie.
We all know that groups like the BNP and EDL will spread false stories in order to incite racial hatred. The BNP exist to inflame tensions and intolerance.
If this turns out to be another blatant lie with no truth to it whatsoever, then an official complaint must be submitted on the grounds of incitement to racial hatred/violence or misconduct as he is a serving MEP.
This pathetic little excuse for a human being must be brought to task on the shit he spews. Made-up stories like this, assuming it is a lie, or at lease a gross exaggeration, evokes anger and from anger comes violence. This wretch wants there to be violence on the streets, so he can sit back with a grin on his fat face and gain some twisted kind of satisfaction from the notion of people getting hurt or even killed on the streets.
Of course being a coward, he would remain tucked away nicely in his Welshpool bunker a hundred miles away from any violence in our cities with his goons at the door. Either that or tucked up nicely in Brussels adding up his expenses forms.
Gri££in’s behaviour should be documented carefully and then reproduced in a leaflet to go out to his entire region just before his re-election campaign to keep him in Europe. We must at all costs make sure the people know just what a loathsome creature they will be voting for by putting a cross in the BNP box. This will hit him where it hurts the most.
He's obviously trying to 'shore up' his support in Huyton as the BNP are doing a 'bullshit blitz' there at the moment. Good old Griffin, doing what the stupid xxxx knows best, and yes it IS inciting racial hatred....of course
@once was bnp - I see it'd disappeared now.....
"Gri££in’s behaviour should be documented carefully and then reproduced in a leaflet to go out to his entire region just before his re-election campaign to keep him in Europe."
Bit behind the times aint ya "once was"? Something tells me that Gri££in wont be around or allowed to stand again. Matters are hotting up on the legal front and Gri££in will be a much poorer man in a matter of WEEKS. Watch this space, more news as it happens. You can bet your dollars this site will break the news before you read it elsewhere. Youd be surprised just who is now telling the truth about this vile creature.
still nothing about scotlands meeting on sat in falkirk have you gone soft or what normally you get your people to hassle hotel or get a demo going whats different now
Maybe he was flipping between these two stories:
Teenagers from Huyton and Stockbridge Village charged over Haydock knife attack
Latest action from the Merseyside & Halewood Junior Football League
Both on the Liverpool echo website.... Nah, he probably just made it up.
He'll be claiming his farcebook / twatter accounts have been hacked by the liblabcon / UAF / Zionist / state agents next.....
Very long but very interesting new article by Paul Golding on the British Democracy Forum.
Real hatchet job on Griffin but substantially true.
"Very long but very interesting new article by Paul Golding on the British Democracy Forum."
Just been reading that. He doesn't think much of Jefferson either, does he. :-D
"still nothing about scotlands meeting on sat in falkirk have you gone soft or what normally you get your people to hassle hotel or get a demo going whats different now"
I have no idea what you're talking about. Give us some details and I'll happily pass them along to the appropriate people.
So an MEP lies to the public to generate a little race hatred. Can't he be done for this?
EDL members were also taken in by Gri££in's lies.
The EDL are Griffo's pissed-up little playthings!
Anyone else enjoying the little spat in West Wales between Cllr. Kevin 'no votes' Edwards and Rodger 'the thug' Phillips. :)

Hey, Holly Anne, don't hold your breathe.
Re Golding
In my view Goldings analysis is flawed. I doubt very much whether Griffin gives much of a toss about bankruptcy. I expect the Welshpool residence (& most other assets)belongs to the fragrant Jacqui & will therefore be protected from the Trustee. Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if Griffin had been plowing any spare cash into a Pension Scheme that is 'immune' from bankruptcy. If he's made bankrupt his EC salary will be garnished for a year or so but after that he comes out of the other side clear of debt.
I expect he's refusing to resign because any subsequent Chairman would discover all sorts of financial business. Also the BNP still generates income (albeit far less than it used to) that is up for grabs. Finally, there is the EC Parliament election in 2015 - Griffin may think he has an outside chance & needs a vaguely intact 'machine' to have a go.
Huyton is not even in Liverpool.
It is in Knowsley!

If he was made bankrupt whilst earning a decent salary Griffin would have to cough up a goodly proportion of it for three years, despite the bankruptcy order only lasting for one year.
