Man Has Race Hate Tattoos Burned Off His Face

A former white supremacist gang leader has undergone months of painful laser treatment to erase hate-filled tattoos from his face.

Bryon Widner, for years an "enforcer" for some of America's most notorious racist groups, shunned his beliefs after marrying but struggled to get a job due to his appearance. He was so desperate to hide his tattoos he even contemplated using acid to disfigure himself but eventually found a sponsor for expensive laser treatment.

The process, which cost \$32,400 (£20,233), was so painful that he had to be put under general anaesthetic each time and it took 25 operations over 16 months before it was complete. Now his face is completely clear and scar-free and his hair has grown back. His arms and torso are still extensively tattooed but he is inking over the "political" designs such as Nazi lightning bolts.

The former racist, a founder of the Vinlanders gang of skinheads in Ohio, used to have swastikas branded on his scalp as well as HATE stamped across his knuckles, "Blood & Honour" on his neck and "Thug Reich" on his stomach. A black arrow, pointing upwards, was also etched onto his forehead as a symbol of his willingness to die to for his race.

He and his wife Julie, a former member of the National Alliance, started to question their beliefs after they married in 2006 and were raising Mrs Widner's three children and a baby of their own. Mr Widner sent his "patch" back to his skinhead group and threw all his other belongings denoting his former life onto a bonfire but the couple struggled to find a solution for his facial tattoos.

They scoured the internet but the surgery was so complicated and expensive that they started to investigate homemade possibilities. He said: "I was totally prepared to douse my face in acid."

Eventually, they were put in touch with the Southern Poverty Law Centre who became convinced the couple were genuine and found a sponsor to pay for the treatment. The donor said: "For him to have any chance in life and do good, I knew those tattoos had to come off."

Dr Bruce Shack, of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Centre in Nashville, used a laser pen to trace the tattoos and burned them off Mr Widner's face. After a couple of sessions, he realised his patient was in too much pain and that he would have to be given a general anaesthetic each time.

Mr Widner now suffers frequent migraines and has to stay out the sun because of the treatment but he says: "It's a small price to pay for being human again."

HATE filled Nazi nut Michael Cowen strutted the streets as a tattooed hardman...

But today the Sunday Sun exposes him as nothing but a vile paedophile.

A worshipper of Hitler and the far right, the hulking 43-year-old strutted around as a henchman for extreme organisations.

His North home was a sickening shrine to the Nazis with displays of Swastikas, an SS flag and even a cannister of Zyklon B - the cyanide gas used to kill millions.

But behind this swaggering macho image hid his other horribly twisted obsession - a hateful passion for the abuse of little boys and girls.

For Cowen had a horrifying picture library of tens of thousands of indecent images of youngsters stored on his computers.

The secret stash of shame was discovered after he ordered extremist CDs by racist “Blood and Honour” rock groups.

Undercover officers intercepted them on their way to Cowen’s home in Losh Terrace, Walker in Newcastle’s East End.

The disks included bands with names like Ethnic Cleansing and Hate Crime, and featured tracks such as “Freezer Full of ****** Heads”, “Multicultural Take Over” and “Make Them Die Slowly”.

Also in the stash were CD sleeves, with pictures of human remains, beaten and battered bodies, and people who appeared to have been shot, as well as swastikas.

Accepting the delivery on December 7, 2009, Cowen asked the undercover officer about sending the packages on to Germany.

Shortly afterwards, police with a warrant searched his home and seized the CDs. They also found 11,000 MP3 tracks on his computer of similar songs, and the Nazi memorabilia.

But chillingly, they also uncovered thousands of child porn images on Cowen’s computer, hard drive, USB sticks and memory card, mainly of young boys.

The 17,058 pictures and 215 videos featured boys as young as six and included images classed as level five - the most serious level.

Investigations revealed during 2009, Cowen used filesharing software and a social network sites to contact other perverts and up and download images of children, including some he made himself.

Dubbing himself “Spaceapple” or “Derek” he offered to swap pictures and videos and discussed sinister fantasies including “snuffing out” boys - killing them in a sexual way and filming it.

He uploaded a total of 626 indecent images and seven videos.

In interviews with police, Cowen - who has a tattoo of the number 88, which represents the alphabet placing of HH for Heil Hitler - said he was a National Front member and enjoyed the music of white supremacist bands.

He described himself as a “white nation soldier” and said a friend in Germany had asked him to order the CDs, which he planned to send on.

At first he denied the child porn charges - even accusing one of his victims of downloading the images.

But he was caught out by one of the pictures, where he was visible as the photographer, reflected in a mirror.

At Newcastle Crown Court, Cowen admitted possessing racially inflammatory audio recordings and written material, 13 counts of making and four counts of possessing indecent images of children between November and December 2009, and 11 counts of distributing indecent images of children in April 2009.

Defending, Mark Saunders said Cowen was “socially isolated” and had been involved in the far right movement since he was at school.

Judge Paul Sloan QC told him: “You have a long involvement with extreme right-wing and neo Nazi groups. You have admitted acting as a henchman for a group.

“The racially inflammatory CDs and written material which were delivered to your home address are of a particularly vile and offensive nature.

“The indecent images were of young children aged six years old and up, and predominantly of boys. It is clear that some of the victims were being subjected to truly awful sexual abuse. These offences are so serious that only a custodial sentence is justified.”

Cowen was jailed for 12 months for the racist material and three years for the child porn charges, to run consecutively making a total of four years behind bars.

After the hearing Det Chief Insp Dave Anderson, said: “There is no place for such extreme views which spread hatred in our communities and we'll continue to investigate and prosecute anyone involved in such activity in an effort to bring them to justice.”

And Det Sgt Chris Wilson, added: “During the execution of a search warrant at Cowen’s house computer equipment was seized and analysed which uncovered child pornography offences. He was subsequently charged with making, possessing and distributing indecent images of children after thousands of images and videos were recovered.

“Offending of this nature is taken very seriously and I’m pleased such a dangerous man as Cowen has been jailed for his crimes.”

Revulsion in the street where the ‘white supremacist’ lived

NEIGHBOURS described Cowen as a loner who tended to keep himself to himself.

But they were shocked to discover what went on behind the closed curtains of his terraced home.

Meanwhile, relatives of the 43-year-old said they have totally disowned him because of the shame he has brought on their family.

“The police were here for about three days when they came to arrest him,” said Nicola Farrier-Carr, who lives just a few doors away from where the pervert lurked.

“At first people though it was for racism - he tried to play it down, he was being targeted. But then my sister was warned by social services to keep away from him, and we realised it was something much worse. I stopped letting my kids play anywhere out of my sight.”

The 24-year-old mum, who has a two-year-old son and four-year-old daughter, added: “We very rarely saw him - you might see him going to the shop or something but that was about it. He was quiet and kept to himself.”

Now, all that remains to hint at the sinister goings-on within Cowen’s modest end-of-terrace house is a solitary St George’s flag sticker in a window.

But the emotional impact will last much longer. Much of Cowen’s family has already disowned him.

“We are totally shocked and disgusted,” said one family member, who the Sunday Sun agreed not to name. “We had no idea what he was like, he lied to us all about it, and we all feel so angry.

“He has never apologised to anyone about what he did. Prison is the best place for him.”

Pub landlady warned by police

Barking and Dagenham police have visited the landlady of an east London pub where Nick Griffin is due to speak tonight and told her that she risks losing her licence if the meeting goes ahead, according to the British National Party spokesman Simon Darby. Darby claims an alternative venue has been arranged for the party leader’s visit.

HOPE not hate does not know exactly what the police told Leigh Friend but Redbridge and Epping Forest Together, a local HOPE not hate supporting group, has long campaigned for an end to a variety of fascist and nazi activities at the Cherry Tree pub in Wood Lane, Dagenham, and has been in contact with Barking and Dagenham police about tonight’s event.

REFT, Searchlight and members of the public have made several complaints to Barking and Dagenham council’s licensing and regulatory board, so far to no avail.

Unusually for the BNP the meeting venue was advertised openly, probably because the pub is already so well known as a nazi haunt. Mrs Friend herself supports the BNP to the extent that she was one of the BNP’s 34 candidates for Barking and Dagenham council last year. All of them failed to get elected.

Earlier this year Blood and Honour, the nazi skinhead music organisation, held an international gig at the pub which was attended by nazis from a number of European countries.

Tonight’s meeting is due to start at 7.30pm. This is Griffin’s second visit to the south east in under a fortnight. Last week he spoke to party officers and activists at the second in a series of “Way Forward” meetings aimed at boosting Griffin’s flagging support in the party and countering growing dissent.

'Powerful' white supremacist leader shot dead in his home

One of America's most powerful white supremacist leaders has been shot dead in his home, it emerged today.
David Lynch, described as a major figure in America's underground racist movement, was shot along with his 33-year-old pregnant girlfriend in their Sacramento home early Wednesday morning.
It was reported that an 'army' of police bristling with weapons arrested a man at gunpoint outside a petrol station yesterday in connection with the case.

But police today confirmed there were no suspects and no one was being held in connection with the shooting.
The killer is believed to have entered 40-year-old Lynch's Citrus Height house at 4:00 am yesterday, shooting the skin head dead and wounding his girlfriend in the leg.
Police said they found was also found her in the hallway with a gunshot wound to the leg.
She was taken to a hospital and was expected to survive.
A third adult and a teen who were also inside the home at the time were not injured.
Speaking to CBS news, local gang expert Lieutenant Milo Fitch said the American white supremacist movement would be reeling from the death of one of its most powerful leaders.
He said:'Right now he's one of the most well known and influential figures in the white supremacist movement.
'This is a significant event in the white supremacist world - it will send shock waves.

Described as a very powerful and charismatic man, Lynch aimed to stop in fighting among the country's disparate supremacist groups and bring them together.
He was associated with two of the nation's most prominent hate-group leaders, William Pierce of the National Alliance of West Virginia and Tom Metzger of White Aryan Resistance.

Lynch worked for the American Front, a national body of skinhead groups committed to 'preserving the white race' in America.

He later became leader of the Sacto Skins, one of the oldest skinhead gangs in the country.
As word of his death spread, tributes to Lynch sprang up on white supremacy websites across the internet.
One such website, White Revolution, had a picture of Lynch with the words 'Hero, Patriot and Friend' written underneath.
On another popular white supremacist message board, one member wrote: 'Farewell Brother. Your name is now etched in the Book Of Martyrs.'
Tellingly, another poster writing under the name ChrisNoble said: 'I hope that that the scum that murdered you is subjected to Skinhead justice in some horrific way. Im just sick over this loss... RIP..'
Another wrote: 'He was an amazing man and left behind too many people.
'His beautiful daughters, fiance and unborn child. Plus countless friends and acquaintances. He was a true friend, if ever there was one.'
According to friends and local police, Lynch saw it as his job to try and unite the different skinhead groups under one banner.
In 2006 Lynch sent Christmas cards with the message, 'Have a very Skinhead Xmas' to hundreds of supremacists around the country.
Pictured on the card was a half-eaten cookie next to a bottle of bourbon, a shot glass etched with a death's head and stockings hung by the chimney with care.
In the fireplace, as if descending from above, were two black combat boots with blood-red laces.
Also in 2006 Lynch led a large skinhead rally in Westwood, California.
Nearly 100 skinheads from gangs in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah joined forces to demand the release of the surviving members of The Order - a 1980s white supremacist gang suspected of involvement in the murder of Jewish talk show host in Denver.

There are fears his death could lead to violent revenge attacks from other skin head groups.
According to anti-hate body the Anti Defamation League (ADL), Lynch took over leadership of the American Front in 2002.
His greatest achievement, according to the ADL, was to connect with other white supremacist groups across the country.
His reach even extended to Canada.
The ADL said Lynch had been an active in the skinhead movement since the mid-1980s.
He apparently became involved with the American Front while living in Florida in the early 1990s before moving up the ranks to become the Front's 'eastern states chairman'.
It is reported he then moved to Sacramento, California, and became involved with the group’s West Coast activities.
He also allegedly involved himself with other California racist skinhead groups, most notably the Sacto Skins, a Sacramento-based racist skinhead group with a history of violence, as well as the Sacramento chapter of the neo-Nazi National Alliance.
On its website the American Front describes itself as 'a collective of highly motivated racialists of European descent, striving to establish an autonomous homeland for American whites, dedicated to securing, advancing, and defending the sacred blood of our glorious ancestors at all costs.'

Polish Neo-Nazi web site editors get prison sentences

A District Court in the western city of Wroclaw has sentenced three editors of the neo-Nazi Redwatch web site for propagating racism.

Mariusz T. from the southern city of Bielsko-Biala, Andrzej P. from the coastal city of Swinoujscie and Bartosz B. from the northern town of Slupsk were sentenced to up to one and half year in prison for promoting a totalitarian regime in Poland and encouraging hatred towards people of different ethnic origin, nationality, race and religion.

The Polish Redwatch site included a so-called “death list” containing personal data of people who ‘supported’ homosexuality. In July 2006, Polish police shut down the website after a political activist whose name was on the list was stabbed.

The Redwatch web site belongs to a British fascist organization “Blood and Honour”, which has branches in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.

Redwatch publishes photographs and personal information of left-wing, anarchist, anti-fascist, gay and feminist activists. It also popularizes racial hatred and incites violence against people called “enemies of the race”.

Hardcore Nazis Invited To Attend EDL Rallies

Liam Pinkham posting on the hardline national socialist chat site VNN, has just posted an insight into why the himself and Hitler-loving cohort Wigan Mike are always seen on EDL marches. His allegations are fatally damaging to the repeated "we are not neo-nazis" propaganda that Trevor Kelway and friends post regularly throughout the internet.

The Allegations

While discussing the dirty habits of the EDL pissing on Westminster Abbey with former Blood and Honour administrator Beverley Kerry, convicted violent thug and regular straight-armed saluter on EDL rallies, hardcore unreconstructed nazi Liam Pinkham (Pino) posting on a thread on VNN, happened to let it slip that the EDL leadership from on-high, regularly telephones himself and bosom buddy "Wigan Mike" Heaton, (well aware of who they are), begging them to publically attend EDL gatherings.

The more one considers the allegations, there seems little reason for Liam Pinkham to make such claims up in the context of the situation (regardless of his personal misgivings with the EDL set-up), which suggests, if true, the EDL's shadowy bigwigs don't just tolerate hardcore neo-Nazis. They actively encourage their presence.

Logically, the EDL leadership strive for their controversial racist and violent street gatherings to appeal to the traditional far right community of anti-black Jewish-hating, and Holocaust-denying skinheads, to which Pinkham and Heaton fall point-blank into this category.

Judging by the rammifications of the discourse on VNN, Pinkham himself personally regards the telephone callls he received from the EDL's big cheeses as evidence of the Islamophobic organisation's government backing, in-line with popular far right conspiracy theories about the EDL being a machination of the state, however if you have read the recent Searchlight articles about the EDL, or more damningly Lionheart's videos about the EDL leadership actively encouraging known neo-Nazis to attend EDL events, the allegations (if true) are totally and utterly damning, leaving EDL claims that they are not nazis or racists, totally and utterly discredited.

There has been plenty of recent debate on Indymedia and other antifascist forums about why exactly when the EDL repeatedly claim not to harbour nazi sympathies, highlighting scuffles with Combat18 and speeches condemning Blood and Honour, do they turn a blind eye to the involvement of the ultra-violent quasi-terrorist British Freedom Fighters and other hardcore neo-Nazis in their events, however Pinkham's startling claims that the EDL leadership physically ring up both Pinkham and Heaton, pestering them to attend rallies, startlingly implies that the EDL go out of their way to ensure hardcore facsists are part of the furniture.

To ignore the random presence of people who openly declare their love of national socialism (Pinkham/Pino88) attending EDL rallies is one thing, but actively inviting them to take part, is astounding. Whether or not Pinkham would wish to go public on the phone calls, if he has stored the messages, is another matter, especially if there is no truth in claims of the EDL being a government-sponsored "black-op". Nevertheless, if the calls could somehow be retrieved, the dictatorial EDL leadership team would be resigned to history overnight, causing a change of leadership in the organisation.

As VNN is fervently pro-BNP in outlook, and Bev is on speaking terms with Nicholas Griffin Esquire, judging by the strangehold Paul Ray alleges the BNP exacts over the EDL (via Chris Renton), such a damning stake through the heart is unlikely, however merely considering the possibility of the EDL leadership making regular phone calls to Pinkham and Heaton, makes the mind boggle, and adds an extra dimension to the understanding of what the EDL has become, and where it is aiming to go.

Let's hope these alarming allegations can be investigated further, rather than being swept under the carpet, as usually happens in far right circles.

Everything but Nick Griffin's letter to Santa is about to hit the net

11 membership lists about to go online

Wikileaks is in the process of making a cache of documents and files from eleven different neo-Nazi organisations readable, and readily available, online. The membership records and private messages are currently being formatted to make them easy for non-techies to read and will be released on the Wikileaks site shortly.

The organisation got massive publicity last year when it published a BNP membership list handed over by a disgruntled ex-member.

The raw data is already available but needs formatting so: "your grandmother can read them and google can find them... Journalists won't write about it otherwise." The site is asking for volunteers with enough database skills to be able to expand fields and dumping to text. The compressed data is about 54MB.

The internal documents include more than just membership lists. There are what seem to be private internal messages, forum posts and email addresses. Groups who have lost data, or had it stolen, include Aryan Nations, Blood and Honour, White Revolution, Volks Front and the Hammerskin Nation.

The data should be available online from the usual sources shortly.

Bond of hate: The BNP and the British Freedom Fighters

The BNP has shunned the old image of the “boots and braces” skinhead, instead favouring cheap suits, old school shoes and tacky gold jewellery. Simon Cressy proves that the neo-nazi bootboys in the BNP haven’t gone away.

When John Tyndall formed the British National Party in 1982 it inherited a large number of skinhead followers from both the National Front and the British Movement. Tyndall was quite happy with this as he saw the skinheads as the natural foot soldiers of his racist ideology.

After Nick Griffin took over the party leadership in 1999 the attitude towards skinheads cooled. Griffin realised that skinheads did not equate to votes (or membership fees) and publicly shunned them.

However the reality is somewhat different. Last month Searchlight revealed that Eliots Bistro, the Nuneaton pub run by the BNP’s new West Midlands organiser, Alwyn Deacon, hosted a nazi shindig.

Embarrassingly for the BNP, which holds meetings in the pub, and for Deacon, photographs were taken of the drunken event which show skinhead members of the nazi British Freedom Fighters (BFF) along with members of the violent Racial Volunteer Force giving Nazi salutes outside the premises. The incident caused some anger among BNP organisers in the West Midlands and at least one, Chris Turner of Coventry, resigned his position because of it.

But the links between the BFF and the BNP do not stop there. Also pictured with the BFF at Eliots Bistro is Shaun Grimsley, who claims to be the West Midlands commander of the BFF.

Grimsley is the BNP candidate for a Cannock Chase District Council by-election in Heath Hayes East and Wimblebury ward on 15 October 2009. He also admits to being a member of the NF and associated with Blood and Honour, the nazi skinhead organisation.

He says he attended the English Defence League protest in Birmingham on 8 August, which ended in violence, and intends to be present if the EDL marches in Manchester as planned in October.

Grimsley is an unabashed National Socialist. One statement on his Facebook site reads “Hail The British Freedom Fighters, I am a Nazi HAHAHAHAHAHA 88 red scum”. The number 88 is code for HH – Heil Hitler”. Commenting about Rudolf Hess, Hitler’s deputy, Grimsley wrote: “The man I most admire ever”.

When one of his friends made a lengthy posting about the London nail bomber David Copeland, who killed three innocent people including a pregnant woman and injured 129 others, Grimsley left the chilling note “Hero 88”.

Another BFF nazi from the photographs taken outside Eliots Bistro was part of a contingent of Liverpool BNP activists who handed out leaflets outside the TUC Congress in Liverpool last month.

He is believed to be close to Liam Pinkham from Wirral, yet another BFF activist who visited Deacon’s pub. Pinkham was arrested with three others at the BNP’s European election victory rally in Blackpool in June and was charged with racially aggravated intentional harassment.

Pinkham also pleaded guilty to intentionally causing harassment to bookshop staff in July after he took part in a BNP rally in Liverpool city centre. Staff said he burst into the News From Nowhere bookshop and threatened to burn it down.

Griffin claims he does not want nazis in the BNP. We await news of the expulsion of these BFF activists.

The Centre for Social Cohesion (CSC) urges the police to take action against the UK wing of the neo-Nazi group Blood & Honour (B&H). The group is currently distributing music CDs which encourage hatred and acts of terror against ethnic minorities, contrary to both the Public Order Act 1986 and the Terrorism Act 2000.

B&H, an international neo-Nazi organisation, promotes extremist music and live concerts by neo-Nazi rock bands. B&H openly states its admiration for Hitler and the Third Reich and its Field Manual claims that ‘National Socialism is the ideology of the national revolutionary movement which Blood & Honour represents’.

B&H is not, at present, a proscribed organisation in the UK, as in the past it has stopped just short of advocating terrorist activities. B&H nonetheless states in its field manual that those who carry out terrorist actions in the name of neo-Nazism ‘must be respected rather than condemned’ and considers those who condemn neo-Nazi violence to be ‘pathetic’ and ‘cowardly’.

The Terrorism Act 2006 widened the criteria for proscription under the Terrorism Act 2000 to include the glorification of terrorism. Accordingly, a group which publishes or disseminates material glorifying acts or terror is liable for proscription.

B&H speaks approvingly of ‘lone wolf’ terrorists as follows:

“Die-hard ‘Nazis’ not comfortable in any watered-down, democratic outfit, still have an option through leaderless resistance and direct action. [...] These lone white wolves must be respected and left alone to stalk the worst enemies of our race. They expect no support and assistance but they deserve acknowledgement and understanding.”

Inciting Racial Hatred

According to the Public Order Act 1986, individuals who distribute recordings of visual images or sounds which are threatening and abusive are guilty if they either intend to or are likely to stir up racial hatred.

The HEC website is hosted by an American server in an apparent attempt to circumnavigate the UK’s anti-racist legislation. Although prosecuting individuals for what they post on foreign servers has long been a difficult task, a precedent was set by the Sheppard & Whittle case where the Crown Prosecution Service convicted both men for incitement to racial hatred based on material posted on US based websites.

While the HEC website is hosted in the US, the CDs it advertises are sold and distributed within the UK, and the return address for faulty goods is a mailbox at a storage centre in Dundee. The individuals who administrate the B&H HEC site are required to comply with UK legislation regarding the sale and distribution of recorded material.

Edmund Standing, author of recent CSC report ‘The BNP and the Online Fascist Network’, who has uncovered this information, says:

“The activities of Blood & Honour and the individuals associated with it should be taken very seriously by the Home Office. The recent rise in arrests and convictions of white supremacists shows that the materials disseminated by Blood & Honour are more than just words, and there are people who are willing to act on them.”

“The dissemination of such materials is a threat to all minority communities in the UK and should be of concern to Jewish and Muslim communities, with the latter in particular facing a demonstrable rise in persecution from neo-Nazis and far right bigots.”

Anti-Catholic propaganda par excellence

In our fifth article on anti-Catholic bigotry within the BNP we introduce readers to anti-Catholic BNP propaganda maestro Shane Sinclair, described by BNP leader Nick Griffin as:

“the nationalist movement's best ever propagandist”

And, being the BNP’s ‘best ever propagandist’, Shane Sinclair published on his now defunct Swansea Loyalist website the anti-Catholic article, The Five Protestant Bishops Whom Rome Burned. The following is an extract from that article:

“There is as you would expect from a Unionist/Loyalist website a Protestant slant ... we are anti-Catholicism as a religion ... if anything we feel sorry for Catholics and hope one day that they believe in the real word of God….the Bible. This section highlights the lives of Five Protestant Bishops who were burned at the stake by the forces of Rome.”

Shane Sinclair’s violent past

Shane Sinclair (whose real name is Shane Whalley) was once a leading member of a violent Swansea-based outfit of pro-BNP football hooligans. But, Shane Sinclair never really broke with his violent past. With not just a criminal conviction for threatening behaviour, a drunken Shane Sinclair also attacked a member of the public who challenged him on his vandalism to public property in Cambridge. In light of his violent tendencies, it is interesting to learn that Shane Sinclair was once responsible for developing the BNP’s political strategy, taught leading BNP officials the tactics of community politics and helped establish the BNP’s Swansea branch.

Shane Sinclair’s anti-Catholic history of Wales

In another anti-Catholic article published by Shane Sinclair, How come Wales is Loyalist?, it is claimed that:

“I have had a lot of mail from republicans who are none too happy that there are Loyalists in Wales. Wales is a Protestant country and while we acknowledge there are republicans here (mainly Plaid supporters,) let us give you a few reasons why we are Loyalist...........Wales has historically been "THE" Protestant stronghold of Great Britain. During the glorious revolution, King William himself, formed both the Royal Welsh Fusillers and "The Royal Cheshire Regiment". Both regiments followed him to the "Boyne", and fought to preserve their religion. Of all the great battles, the Royal Welsh Fusillers have fought in since, none have been so important”

We very much doubt that the vast, vast majority of Welsh people agree with this bigoted anti-Catholic reading of the history of Wales promoted by Shane Sinclair. But, then again the BNP regularly distorts and deforms history to promote its racist and sectarian ideological agenda. After all, Shane Sinclair is the BNP’s ‘best ever propagandist’.

Shane Sinclair’s double life and support for anti-Catholic Loyalist terrorist groups

As with many BNP officials and members, Shane Sinclair was quite open about his support for anti-Catholic terrorist groups. Shane Sinclair’s website also carried articles in support of Merseyside-based members of the anti-Catholic terrorist group Ulster Volunteer Force arrested for smuggling illegal guns to their Belfast counterparts. The Swansea Loyalist website also attracted messages of support from Loyalist terrorist groups and neo-nazi terrorist groups such as Combat 18 (founded by the BNP in the 1990s) and Blood and Honour.

Interestingly and somewhat paradoxically, Shane Sinclair once stood as the Liberal Democrat’s parliamentary candidate for Swansea East. However, he was expelled from the Liberal Democrats after it was discovered that Shane Sinclair was secretly posting offensive messages on an extremist Loyalist website that carried a hit-list of alleged enemies of the loyalist movement. The website was operated by a supporter of the anti-Catholic terrorist group the Loyalist Volunteer Force. Shane Sinclair was condemned by Welsh Assembly Liberal Democrat representative Peter Black as leading a “double life”. Peter Black also said that:

“By exposing Mr. Sinclair in this way the Welsh Liberal Democrats are sending out a positive signal, that we are a party that will not tolerate racism and bigotry at any level. I am relieved that Shane Sinclair's double life has been found out and I congratulate the media for their part in bringing this to our attention”

We definitely share Peter Black’s sentiments.

Shane Sinclair and the British Ulster Alliance link

Writing as ‘Swansea Loyalist’ on the Protestant Unionist Loyalist Social Education website, Shane Sinclair, pejoratively calling non-Whites “ethnics”, boasted of fellow Swansea-based football hooligans attending racist BNP meetings. Indeed, Shane Sinclair, at one point, sat at the heart of a three-way nexus between the BNP, the BNP-linked British Ulster Alliance (BUA) and the Swansea Loyalist website (which later changed its name to BUA South Wales). It therefore comes as no surprise to read on the BUA’s website open support for the racist BNP:

“Similarly, the BNP and NF cannot defeat the IRA. The correct remedy must be applied, in this case Loyalism. And likewise, Loyalist groups cannot stop uncontrolled immigration into Britain. But political groups like the BNP can.”

According to the Derry Journal’s article, British Nationalist Group Set To Visit Fountain (published 24 February 2004):

“The British Ulster Alliance was officially formed in October 1999 by loyalists, patriots and British nationalists in England. The group said: "From its inception the Alliance has vehemently opposed the 'Peace Process', viewing it as an addition to the 'Anglo-Irish Agreement' and other similar pro-'united Ireland' initiatives introduced by successive British governments. Their website goes on to say: "The Alliance sincerely believes that the surrender of loyalist weapons would rapidly accelerate the sell-out of Ulster””

It is claimed that the BUA is a front group for the anti-Catholic terrorist group, the Ulster Defence Association (UDA) (aka the Ulster Freedom Fighters (UFF)), which murdered hundreds of Catholic civilians in Northern Ireland/Ulster over a thirty year period. BUA leader Frank Portinari was jailed in 1993 for smuggling guns to the UDA/UFF. In October 2002 the BUA organised a rally outside 10 Downing Street calling for the release of UFF anti-Catholic murderer Johnny Adair (who has been praised by senior BNP official Mark Collett). Flying UFF banners, the BUA protest was attended by members of the BNP, Combat 18 and the National Front. Further BNP links to the BUA were revealed by BBC News in the form of Loughborough-based BNP candidate Warren Glass and BNP activist Dave Hill.

Shane Sinclair’s Swedish odyssey

The irony is this – Shane Sinclair is now eking out a living as an economic immigrant in Sweden! Last time I heard, Shane Sinclair was whining on about his work status as a non-Swedish national being potentially threatened if the Swedish Left Party is elected to power and enacts its threat to withdraw Sweden from the European Union. LOL.

Hopefully, this article, along with the other articles in this series, can contribute to not just exposing the BNP’s residual anti-Catholicism but also its appalling racism, anti-Semitism, sexism and homophobia. English Nazi Slogans Are Legal, German Court Rules

Using Nazi symbols and slogans is a punishable crime in Germany. But now neo-Nazis may have more leeway after a federal German court ruled that slogans are not illegal if they are translated into another language.

Is a Nazi slogan still a Nazi slogan if it is uttered in English instead of German? Not necessarily -- at least according to Germany's Federal Court of Justice. In a landmark decision Thursday, the Karlsruhe-based court ruled that using Nazi slogans translated into a language other than German would not, in general, be a punishable crime.

The ruling is linked to a case in which a neo-Nazi was prosecuted and fined €4,200 ($6,000) in 2005 for distributing clothing and merchandising bearing the slogan "Blood and Honour," written in English. With the ruling, the court overturned the verdict against the neo-Nazi, who was not named, but said it could still be possible to prosecute him under other laws relating to right-wing extremism.

Although "Blood and Honour," which is also the name of a banned far-right organization, alludes to the Hitler Youth motto "Blut und Ehre," the court ruled that translating the words represented a "fundamental change" in the slogan, meaning its use was no longer punishable under German law. The judges said that Nazi slogans were characterized not only by their actual meaning but also by the fact that they were in German.

Senior judge Jörg-Peter Becker said that the court "is aware that its decision gives neo-Nazis a degree of leeway to translate their chants and slogans." However, he added that legislation by itself is not enough to eliminate Nazi ideas from public discourse.

Giving the Hitler salute or using symbols or slogans associated with "unconstitutional" organizations such as the Nazi party is a serious crime in Germany, punishable by up to three years in prison. In 2008, police launched an investigation after a senior member of the far-right National Democratic Party (NPD) draped a banned swastika flag across a coffin at a funeral.

Police ready for clashes at British National Party festival

Police are to conduct a huge security operation in a Derbyshire village this week amid fears of clashes at an annual British National Party gathering.

Eighty coachloads of anti-Fascists are to protest over the Red, White and Blue festival in Denby, which is likely to attract thousands of supporters next weekend. Up to a thousand police officers will be stationed in the village. There was violence last year and greater disruption is expected this time. It is the BNP’s first mass gathering since it won two European seats in June.

Lee Barron, a trade union organiser of the protest, said that a peaceful march was planned and that violent protesters should stay away.

The BNP advertises its festival as a family event involving historical re-enactments, Morris dancing and a dog show. However, previously there have been complaints by local people about skinheads with vicious dogs descending on their village and playing tapes of Third Reich martial tunes.

Police officers have been granted special powers across the four-day event, which begins on Friday, to prevent more than 20 people gathering in certain areas of the village, among other restrictions.

Residents asked to remain anonymous for fear of retribution for speaking out against the BNP, but told The Times that the party was not welcome. One said: “It is a place of warmth and tolerance and we don’t want to be associated with these people.”

Simon Darby, the deputy leader of the BNP, denied that the location of the festival was inappropriate and said that the presence of two BNP representatives on the local council showed that the party had support. “We’d have the same problems wherever we had it. Its the Left that are causing all the problems,” Mr Darby said.

Weyman Bennett, of the Unite Against Fascism group, said that the BNP rally would be a “magnet for Fascists and neo-Nazis from across Europe”. Mr Bennett said: “We want to make sure that there is opposition.”

The festival, in its tenth year, was moved from Lancashire to Denby three years ago. It will be held on a 34-acre property owned by Alan Warner, a local BNP member.

Left-Wing Hackers Break into Neo-Nazi Server

Left-wing computer hackers have reportedly broken into the secure server of one of the world’s largest neo-Nazi groups, copying more than 30,000 pieces of data.

Members of the anti-fascist left-wing group Daten-Antifa on Friday, Aug. 29, managed to break the access codes and enter the databank of Blood and Honour (B&H), a neo-Nazi organization that has been banned in Germany since 2000.

“Now some people in the far-right extremist scene are going to get very nervous, including activists from the NPD (Germany’s far-right National Democratic Party),” Guenther Hoffmann from the Center for Democratic Culture told the Frankfurter Rundschau on Saturday.

According to Daten-Antifa, 31,948 pieces of data were collected clandestinely from the B&H server, including 500 from Germany. This indicated that the international network is also used by members of the German neo-Nazi scene, which authorities had previously suspected.

Katharina Koenig from the Action Alliance against the Right in Jena told the Frankfurter Rundschau that evidence had been found that B&H concerts had taken place in Germany and that German extremists had organized far-right concerts abroad.

Koenig said that the new information would be helpful to police, although the data was gathered illegally.

Founded in the UK in the 1980s by punk rock musician Ian Stuart Donaldson, B&H uses mainly music to spread its neo-Nazi ideology across Europe.

The name Blood and Honour stems from the motto of the Hitler Youth: “Blut und Ehre.”

Nick Griffin, the finger and the Public Order Act 1986

To mark his non-guilty verdict at the end of his November 2006 trial at Leeds Crown Court, BNP leader Nick Griffin celebrated, as you can see from the above picture, with a very public one-finger salute (good thing he wasn’t making a nazi salute like the one BNP Nottingham councillor Sadie Graham claims Nick Griffin made at a neo-nazi Blood and Honour concert in Scotland!).

We just thought we’d remind King Nick that he may have committed an offence under section 5(1)(b) of the Public Order Act 1986 Act, which we reproduce below for his benefit (highlighted in bold italics):

(1) A person is guilty of an offence if he-

(a) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or

(b) displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting,

within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.

The interesting thing about section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986 Act is that it need not be shown that the disorderly behaviour in question is in itself threatening, abusive or insulting, nor that it brought about any feelings of apprehension in the person(s) to whom it was directed (Chambers v DPP [1995] Crim LR 896). All that is required is for the behaviour to be generally abusive and it need not be directed at anyone in particular.

We’d also like to remind Nicky that a section 5 offence comes with a statutory power of arrest and is punishable via a fine. Nick Griffin is no stranger to the Public Order Act 1986. In fact, we’d be quite disappointed if it transpires that Nick Griffin doesn’t have the intimate familiarity of the Public Order Act’s provisions as we’d expect him to have. We remind readers that Nick Griffin was convicted back in 1998 under section 19 of the Public Order Act 1986 for inciting racial hatred against Jews for his editorship of issue 12 of The Rune magazine.

Now, do I report Nick Griffin to Welshpool or Leeds police ......... hope you understand Nick. After all, a crime is a crime.

FBI shuts down Czech neo-Nazi group web site

The FBI has shut down a Web site operated by a Czech neo-Nazi group for having terrorist content, Hospodářské noviny wrote on Wednesday.

Czech police had been trying for years to convince the U.S. authorities to shut down the Web site. Until now, they had had no success, due to America's liberal communications laws.

"Due to the freedom of speech laws, these Web sites are not considered to be illegal in the United States," said František Valeš who monitors the sites for the Czech Helsinki Committee.

European neo-Nazi groups often post their Web sites on servers in the United States and other countries where media laws are more liberal. In Europe, Nazi propaganda is against the law. Now, however, the Czech branch of the neo-Nazi group Blood and Honour has made it onto the FBI's list of terrorist organizations, and the FBI has shut down the site.

Blood and Honour is an international neo-Nazi organization founded in the 1980s in London by Ian Stuart Donaldson, the lead singer of the skinhead band Screwdriver. Its aim, in addition to disseminating Nazi propaganda, is to make money to fund the movement through concerts and CDs.

"There were instructions on the manufacture of weapons and links to Combat 18," said the Karel Kuchařík, the head of the Czech police section on criminal communications. Combat 18 is the militant wing of the movement; the numbers refer to the initials of Adolf Hitler.

"We repeatedly asked the American police to give us information about the Web site administrators," Kuchačík said, adding that the Czechs found out the site had been blocked during routine monitoring – Americans had not bothered to inform them of the measure.

Czech police arrested the leaders of the Blood and Honour movement in 1999, and Jaroslav Brož, the head of the Plzeň branch was sentenced to four years in jail for distributing hate propaganda.

The FBI shut down the Polish Blood and Honour Web site two years ago.

Target: Griffin

The following posts appeared on the rebel North-East Scotland Nationalists blog. We are republishing them without amendment to demonstrate that though the BNP rebel faction has (at least on the surface) lost the initiative in the racist party's internal civil war, there is a long way to go yet.

Both posts implicitly acknowledge what was stark-staringly obvious from day one - that whatever the accusations against Collett and Hannam, the real problem in the BNP is Nick Griffin himself. Belatedly, the rebels have shifted the focus to Griffin, but the weeks spent in half-heartedly professing loyalty to the BNP leader have cost them dear. Griffin is a ruthless operator, as the rebels knew full well before beginning their adventure, and nothing was more certain than that he would act aggressively, decisively and without scruple. Nothing less on the part of the rebels was ever going to bring them anywhere near success.

The posts reproduced below contain serious allegations against named individuals that we seek neither to confirm or dispute, and though these allegations have already appeared in the public domain, we disassociate ourselves from them completely.

This post appeared as a comment on the North-East Scotland Nationalists blog. Its apparent author is Chris Telford, previously BNP North East regional organiser, lately active in Glasgow. Telford is a member of the Blood and Honour group, Nemesis. His post contains references some readers may find offensive.

Dear Comrade,

I have 13 years active service as a BNP activist and independent pro-white musician. Many of those I am pleased and honoured to call "Comrade" and "Friend" have served their folk for many more years than that. Until the weekend of 8th/9th December 2007 I have counted Nick Griffin amongst them, but that ended when he ordered the burglary of Sadie Graham and Matt Single, and the foiled burglary of Kenny and Nicholla.

Let me confess a few things to you.

I was a regional organiser when N.G. launched his leadership bid in 1999. I wrote to the local members urging them to cast their votes for him. For many years after, the thought that I had played a small part in a painful but vital operation was a matter of quiet pride, tempered only by the fact I had to oppose people who I respected: Richard Edmonds, JT, Ian Dell, etc.

As Nick's cult of personality geared up I privately applauded it; reasoning, "Human nature being what it is... some people need that and If it helps us advance then so be it".

Sadly in recent years it's become more and more apparent that Nick has been developing the nasty little habit of surrounding himself with sycophants and numpties. However by this time I had made some artificial space between myself and the party to protect it from any criticism stemming from my involvement with the more "hard line" Blood and Honour music scene and secondly to grant myself a little artistic freedom.

As I was no longer a Party official it really wasn't my business anymore.I was happier being a grassroots activist without position or a membership card. Spreading a positive and honest message of racial survival through music is simply incompatible with asking a cowed and conditioned electorate to vote for you. Consequently I limited my BNP activities to leafleting, giving occasional speeches and helping to produce fund raising CD's and playing at concerts. (As well as doing a stand-up comedy set at the BNP's Red, White and Blue festival - a set that I hasten to add that was at Nick Griffin's personal request and one I only agreed to do after I ran some of the naughtier, politically incorrect material by Griffin.)

As time passed, news of one badly handled internal discipline problem after another reached me. I have seen this too many times with my own eyes in my native North-East. For example Darlington fundholder and widely suspected Special Branch errand boy, Trevor Agnew, was caught red-handed stealing Party donations but was then re-instated by NG who seemingly finds this treasonable behaviour acceptable.

Factionalism and deliberate branch sabotage in Sunderland was allowed to fester for years, fed by black propaganda from troublemakers like Agnew and the foaming, religious zealot Dave Guynan.

Action was finally taken when Nick Griffin took the belated step to actually accept the resignation of Guynan after his last orchestrated public screaming fit. (Hysterics which cost the Sunderland-South group its regular meeting place, the Landlord's support and even more members).

This half-hearted decision by Griffin to dispense with Guynan's "services" came at least seven years too late for Sunderland and the BNP. Party Leader Griffin was fully aware of the countless examples of Guynan's sabotage, of his public outbursts, his rampant character assassinations, his theft of the PO Box key, his physical assaults and his ranting speeches at meetings. (Full of truly Hollywood-Nazi "Jews control the weather" wackyness and fundamental Mormon-ism).

Despite nearly a decade of this unnecessary disruption Sunderland was the first-ever BNP branch to stand a full slate of candidates in local elections. This is a feat which simply will not be repeated at the next election where there will only be a handful of compliant, Griffinite candidates standing. This serves all Racial Nationalists as a perfect example of where Griffin's cronyism and aversion to decisive Party discipline leads to. For years Griffin has allowed "shipwreckers" to ply their trade and "take their turn in the barrel" whilst honest, dedicated Racial activists have been forced to walk the plank.

Last year, as a further example of this malaise, we saw the Andrew Spence debacle. Spence, a man who raised the BNP's North East's profile to an all-time high last year in Sedgefield, has been discarded by Griffin in favour of the odious Movement parasite and Fire Exit Inspector, Mark Collett and the tragically inept Real Ale enthusiast John Walker. Farce has followed farce with almost always good people lost.

All of this has convinced me that the BNP will never again be a serious organ of resistance to our people's genocide under this man's stewardship. In fact the dark suspicion that Griffin has turned the party into a private money making machine, providing nothing but a play-ground for the worst elements of our movement, is bearing fruit(sour though it is). By this I do not mean the many good comrades who are still holding their tongues, as well as their faith, in our so-called Leadership but I instead refer to the two degenerate scumbags (Collett and Dave "Lock up your daughters" Hannam), who by their own admission tried to pressurise two underage girls into sex in their conference hotel rooms.

Nick has tried to sweep this fact into the memory-hole but he cannot pretend any longer that it did not happen, neither can I and neither should you.( As a matter of fact at Sunderland BNP's Christmas social in 2005 Mark Collett had to be warned off from a public clinch with an underage girl. At the time we put it down to a drunken lack of judgement, not knowing his penchant for trying to take advantage of impressionable 14 year olds).

Even an establishment Party, whose Leader had tried to keep such a sleazy scandal like this from it's membership, would be forced to act and that "Leaders" feet wouldn't touch the floor on the way out of the door.

By his inaction and ultimate complicity Nick Griffin has betrayed the BNP membership and has forced Party activists and supporters into an impossible position. When this scandal fully breaks, as it will, then how can any of us "go to the people" or go door to door espousing honest family values when those to whom we look to for leadership fail us so miserably.

We must remember that the BNP is far bigger than any one man, no matter how many degenerate parasites, wife-swapping doormen, (ex?)-commie journalists, paid trouble-makers, hit-list provocateurs like Lecomber, as well as the donation stealers, "Yes men" and South-African spooks he surrounds himself with.

I should point out that by "South-African spooks" I mean shady (ex?)-coppers and not Zulu or Xhosa Kaffirs, but that is only a matter of time.

I ask you again in all honesty and with a large degree of sadness; How can we look people in the eye any longer and ask them to vote for a party that is peddling it's much vaunted "Christian values" when some of it's disciples wallow in "last days of Rome" decadence? Although, to be fair, if you study the history of all Middle Eastern religions, then Collett and Hannam could honestly claim to be following many a Christian leader's example by trying to molest the underage.

It is to my eternal shame that I once sat in silence whilst Griffin's wife defamed Warren Bennett; slandering him as a thief of party funds (a lie shamelessly echoed by her husband but now fully exposed as spiteful fabrication). At the time I bit my tongue and told myself that it was best not to cause trouble for the sake of the Party.

I told myself that stability out-weighed truth. I now know that I was guilty of moral cowardice.

My silence now would only help store up trouble in the long run and I ask those activists who seem content to rearrange the deckchairs on the Titanic to act solely in the interests our children's future and decide today which type of British National Party they want.

The recent bragging to the Daily Mail by Party officials of Richard Barnbrook's decision to make himself a race-mixer by default has also helped to identify the leadership's true yellow colours and shows the real dangers of the course Griffstein has set us on; namely, spew enough **** and eventually you'll start to like the taste.

Do not forget that Our Infallible Leader has caused this crisis. His response to those who have dared to demand internal self-discipline is there for all to see: burglary, spying, intimidation, lies, false accusations, fabricated evidence and disabled goon squads demanding access to good comrades' homes.

The painful truth for me and many others who counted this man as a friend and a true comrade is that he is now plainly neither.He has betrayed the hopes of us all by putting his own selfish motives before honour, loyalty and the BNP -
the best defensive weapon the native British folk have in these darkest of days.

I will never forgive him. More importantly neither will our Ancestors nor the Generations still unborn.

I offer some good advice to those with the wit to heed it:

If you are the type who has only recently raised their head from the goyim feed-trough and in your new-found zeal you find the comforting urge to join in with the herd's fury at those who have dared question Our Glorious Leader-think twice before you do. Your shepherd is revealing himself to be a butcher. He has promised new green pastures if you hold faith but instead there are some of us who already have the stench of the slaughter-house in their nostrils.

Save your anger for farmer Griffin - you'll need it later on.

A message to Nick from Wigan BNP

The following letter was sent to Nick Griffin from Wigan BNP:

Wigan BNP Activists: Extraordinary General Meeting

Dear Nick,

As you are aware we have been extremely distressed over the discord in the party during the past month and it has only been our faith in Nationalism and its importance for our future that has kept us from throwing in the towel. We have read both sides of the dispute and have been struck by the difference in tone between them.

The intemperate language employed by Simon Darby in his blog when he first accused the “rebels” of being “Nazis" and the following day “Searchlight moles” does not incline one to believe other statements he makes. A blog full of contradictory statements is to say the least unpersuasive.

By contrast the “enoughisenough” blog is a lesson in restraint with no extreme or unbelievable statements. There is certainly no evidence of an attempt to take over the party. Admittedly it was foolish and wrong to start the blog. It would have been much better to resign in protest over the failings of Mark Collett and Dave Hannam but it was even more foolish to publish details of the dispute on the BNP web site for all to see and to brand those who support Sadie et al as Nazis. To then offer these Nazis an amnesty if they returned to the fold seems to be the height of political naivety and would surely be used against us by our opponents.

The appearance of South African security people in the higher echelons of our party is a certain vote loser and will also be exploited by our opponents.

Why do we need all this security and spying on our neighbours? We are a legitimate party and if we behave as such we should have no fear of the machinations of our opponents and have no secrets worth spying on.

We do NOT believe Sadie, Kenny and matt are Nazis or Searchlight moles, indeed they have been hard working and a credit to the party as have Nick Cass, Jonathan Bowden, Bev Jones, Richard Purdy and many others who are not now with us. We can not afford to lose good people such as these.

The only people who have brought the party in to disrepute are Mark Collett and Dave Hannam but they remain in the party.

On the website it says that no person is above the party and we heartily agree. We can’t see therefore why these two remain an exception to the rule. If they cared about the Party they would take a back seat or are they agents of the state? They have certainly caused more strife than any one from MI5 could have done.

In spite of the above, we remain committed to the Party and you as leader but our enthusiasm is much diminished.

Just think what we could achieve without this dissent.

The feeling of our group and prospective members is that while good workers are being sacked and trouble causers retained we will make no progress. We are losing members because of this and several people who indicated the intention of joining no longer wish to do so.

We resolve therefore to keep our group going on a minimum maintenance basis but feel we are wasting our time in actively campaigning until matters are resolved.

We hope and pray for a speedy, sensible and amicable conclusion to this sorry dispute or our Party and country are doomed.

This will not go away.
