A protest rally is due to take place in Oxford this evening - 20 November 2007 - against a debate on free speech scheduled to take place at its prestigious Union next Monday to which David Irving and Nick Griffin have been invited as speakers.
Whether next Monday’s debate goes ahead remains to be seen. Apparently, the matter is to be decided after a Union meeting on Friday when members will be asked to vote on the issue.
Vote: Should David Irving and Nick Griffin be allowed to participate in a debate on free speech at the Oxford Union?
http://www.1party4all.co.uk is a virtual protest party that uses direct democracy as a way of allowing its ENTIRE membership to influence its "policies".
Isn't it time for you guys to join The Party?
1Party welcomes political activists of ALL persuasions capable of using the flexibility of direct democracy and electronic voting to register their opinions.
Then why don't you infiltrate http://www.1party4all.co.uk the way you have infiltrated the BNP and vote accordingly?
You are right. A 100% vote does seem a bit suspicious so why doesn't someone join and vote the other way?
I like the phrase you coined "the BNP's Keyboard Army". It is actually meant to be the Keyboard Army of ANY political cause, including yours, if you can get enough people to vote - which may be the greatest stumbling block of all!
1Party4All WELCOMES the participation of UAF activists.
TO Anonymous who said... in response to andromeda......when the Nazi Bnp party starts practicing democracy then perhaps someone will start listening.
please go away and dont preach on here."
I am NOT preaching, merely posing the question to which you are free to answer YES or NO. Are you going to silence me as well?
I have already invited you to The Party, but it seems you are feeling suddenly shy and scared. Do you think, in your heart of hearts, that more people are likely to want Griffin and Irving to attend the OU debate than not, and that your cause is hopeless? Is that why you won't join and vote?
Is that why you would rather turn out in force and intimidate people rather than allow people to vote on the issue, or even encourage people on your side to vote on the issue?
Are you really a bunch of Fascists (by which I mean people who are aggressively bossy) pretending to be anti-Fascists?
I am beginning to think you are, but you are still welcome to join The Party.
Remember, it ain't democracy if it ain't direct democracy!
That, incidentally, is what 1Party4All is for, to highlight the flexibility and feasibility of Direct Democracy on this and other issues.
Denise G and any others who don't support Irving and Griffin being allowed to speak in a debate whose subject matter is 'should there be limits to free speech?'
Can I ask you just one question.
Do you not see the supreme irony in not allowing them to speak?
in response to anon....if we practised democracy you would allow us our "shock horror racisim"
dont be a prat all your life if your nazi party were practising democracy they would not be able to preach the racist doctrine, thats why the nazi bnp will never be a true democratic political party........

Democracy inside a political party would probably mean one member has one vote, and everybody's vote would be worth the same.
The recent leadership challenge in the BNP was attempting to assert this policy. The challenge failed, of course, and the party (in the eyes of some) is now 'undemocratic' in the sense that the so-called 'activist membership' have more say than the rest of the membership. I took this to be the implication behind the original comment.
Now, as you probably know, BNP membership is not open to all-comers, but only to white British and kindred European peoples. Is this a racist policy? I expect you would think so.
So if the leadership challenge had succeeded, the party voting system might well have become more democratic, but would membership have then become open to all - including blacks and Asians, for example?
Not on your life, it wouldn't. Ergo, party democracy is totally compatible with racist doctrine.
So you're actually the prat, pal.
Why? Because you think in cliches, or - to put it slightly differently - you don't really think at all. It's all knee-jerk stuff - typical of the left-wing fascist - and none of it can sustain even a few minutes' analysis.

Well i think i can guess which nazi troll wrote this, you really couldnt make it up. But at least there is the admission in black and white that the bnp follow a racist doctrine.
Isn't the illiterate Irish Tony's 'joke' rather spoiled by the fact that, obviously, most of these images did not come from the BNP conference, or any other BNP event? I liked the list of senior members not present at the end though. A nice touch.

Who cares? It's funny. That's all it's meant to be. And Tony may not be a member of the All Britain Spelling Team but he has a nice quirky sense of humour.
So nice to see so many people concerned about my spelling errors. Im flattered with all the attention but to be honest the spelling errors were probably a result of my laughing so much when I made that little video.
I would rather be guilty of a few minor spelling errors than be a member of a hate filled racist fundamentalist cult called the BNP and see my membership money robbed by a Welsh farmer and his family. Whoops what was the word? strategy??

Do you really mean that? You mean if there was more democracy in the BNP you'd allow us our (shock! horror!) racism?
Just watched the video.
