BNP supporters disrupt school with demo and picket at gates

Monday morning saw the disruption of the first school day of the new year as the British National Party and two of its many front groups, Civil Liberty and Solidarity, gathered together outside Sunnydale Community College in County Durham to protest at the suspension of teacher Mark Walker.

Walker, BNP election candidate and agent for the former BNP's Andrew Spence in the recent Sedgefield by-election, was suspended from Sunnydale for 'misuse of school computer equipment', rumoured to be related to his visiting far-right websites during lessons while the children were getting on with their work.

The idiotic Phil Edwards, ever available to distort the facts on behalf of the BNP, was quoted in news reports as stating; 'The reason he's had this action against him was because he allegedly looked at the BNP website on the school's computer. It is disgraceful that anyone should be suspended for looking at the website of a perfectly legal political party. We are certain this action would not have been taken against someone who had looked at the websites of the Commission for Racial Equality or the Green Party.'

Well no, but neither the Commission for Racial Equality nor the Green Party attack Muslims using any pretext (or lie if a pretext isn't available), despise our multicultural society, seek the 'repatriation' of people with different skin colours who could be third or fourth generation UK born, oppose sexual diversity, demand the return of both corporal and capital punishment, have a Hitlerite background, a record of anti-semitism, an astonishing collection of criminals, liars and thieves in its ranks nor constantly steal money from its supporters.

Although both Edwards and the General Secretary of the hijacked Solidarity trades union both claimed that Walker's suspension was because of his political views, the school's head teacher, Sue Byrnes, said the claims of political persecution were untrue.

'We are happy to state categorically that Mr Walker has not been suspended because of any political affiliations he may hold. Any suggestion that this is the case is wholly false. Beyond that we cannot comment because of our respect for Mr Walker's rights to confidentiality with regard to the terms of his employment.'

The demonstration and picket only managed to attract 'up to 50 people', according to the BBC, even though it was heavily advertised on the BNP, Solidarity and Civil Liberty websites, and the extreme nazi forums Stormfront and Vanguard News Network (VNN).

About 20 fascists turned up. Their numbers were bolstered at various times as curious pupils and ex-pupils arrived to gawp at the spectacle. The odious Patrick Harrington was interviewed by Radio Newcastle. He said that Mark Walker was not present as he might have to work with the headteacher in the future (some hope!). He added that the stress of the suspension has resulted in Walker being under the doctor and he is seeing a counsellor. The fascists finally sloped off by 12.45 just before Mark Walker arrived for the investigatory meeting into his conduct.
Civil Liberty is keen to support Walker in getting his job back so they do not have to divert funds from the BNP to him. Such a move would break Griffin's heart.

Nice report (both the article and the comment). Thank to both of the writers.

Any chance of any picture of the Nutzies ?

I ask for two reasons _

1/. Whot is good for "redwatch" is good for the UAF/ANL.

2/. There is a overwhelming chance that any pictures of Nutzies will include known Child Molesters, and this is a "perfik" chance to demonstrate thier close proximity to Children.

Go on print and let the nonces be exposed. In fact should not the pictures of the "perves" (all of those BNP'ers present) be sent to that BNP front, allied with Redwatch, "Nonce WATCH"

"Old Sailor" being politically incorrect !

Any more info on that?

Mike Easter has been expelled, something to do with money.

I voted for Mike to be the next one to go, and I've just come back from my local BetFred ten quid the better thanks to a good second place by Lavenham.
Maybe I should become a pro punter?

He's been disciplined for not getting his Chris Jackson election expenses in in time. FECKING DISGRACE.

So Easter goes, predicitions appear to be working, perhaps you should invest in a crystal ball. But then really it wasnt a guessing game was it? its plain for all to see Griffin only wants the nodding donkeys, who will not challenge either his position, or his nasty habit of helping himself to his party members money.

OK so im up for it whos next?

Something I just read on Stormfront in the Histry of the NF thread. Somebody reckons Patrick Harrington is angling for a paid position in the BNP. Is there any mileage in that?

Pube, he's posting under the name of "Purging The Droid".

"The Droid" was the nickname given to ex-head honcho Ian Anderson during his Front days, who Harrington and his cronies purged from the NF.

He's presently arguing the toss with someone from Final Conflict, aka International Third Position, who fell out bitterly with Harrington in the late 1980's.

It's all beginning to come together.

It's so funny watching that idiot, Purging The Droid squirming and back-peddling like that, just exposes the Nutzis weakness, no staying power
I know you are reading this PTD, gain a backbone and apologise ya nutzi freak

You'll be lucky Rah, he never had any balls in the NF and can you believe he even had his mum sitting in with him at Directorate meetings?

This is a joke, right?

"This is a joke, right?"

Not at all. The Directorate used to sit there in Harrington's spare room and his mum would be sitting there at the meeting beside him. Amazingly, everyone just allowed it to happen. Freaky or what?

The fascists finally sloped off by 12.45 just before Mark Walker arrived for the investigatory meeting into his conduct.

The protest started at 0830 with 20 people present. Numbers had grown to 50 by 1000 (which is when the press estimated their figures before leaving). Re-classifying sympathetic parents and ex-pupils as onlookers is propaganda. By 1245 when Mark Walker arrived there were 100 present. Photographs show Mark Walker being presented with flowers and shaking hands with the crowd. Your lies that the demo ended before his arrival are therefore pretty pointless. The demo was dispersed after Mark and his rep entered the school for the meeting. This was because it was uncertain how long the meeting would last and local police were getting edgy as the local youth were turning up and they don't get on well. We had made our point.

You should understand that there is no contradiction between anti-racism and support for civil liberties for all.

Actually 100 at the final count, with less than a weeks notice and on a weekday morning when most Solidarity members are working. It was kept fairly low-key because the Union was hoping that commonsense might prevail and an agreement be reached. In the event Management were confrontational and agressive.

He actually posts under 'doublethink' and signs his name at the foot. 'Purging the Droid', 'Completely Blank' and 'Green Arrow' appear to be supporters of his but their writing style and angle is different.

Purging the Droid is Harrington - FACT!

No need for evidence or argument then? Just assert things. You will fit in very well on this blog I think.

I think it would be a great world if we only extended rights to those who shared our opinions and prejudices. Don't you?

Are our democratic ideals and values so weak that they require censorship or political discrimination to uphold them?

Very unlikely.
