Using the Little Ladybird Book of State Infiltration into Far Right Groups as a general guide I'd say it's a bit unclear.
What the BNP really need to do is get one of their senior officers arrested and sent down for a good stretch so they can use the situation to garner press and publicity.
Adam Walker has been trying to do this for a while but I'm not sure threatening kids with a knife and trying to run them over is the way to go. Obviously Adam is innocent until the jury decides.
